Ted, I just want you to know that love my new floors and baseboards. They look great in my house. Jose was so wonderful to work with. I’m considering putting the same floors in my bedroom. If I do I’ll definitely go with your store. I’ve attached a few pics.

I had asked several friends and neighbors for recommendations before we started this project and not one really had a company they were impressed with. I found Ted’s Floor & Décor on Angies List and since I trust their reviews we decided to go with you.
We couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish this job has been good. Jose was just the best…..and the installers were terrific ! I found it amazing that they could remember Exactly where every piece of furniture went and replaced it exactly in the same spot – even moved a bed for me !! They worked from 9am to after 7pm to complete a two-day job in one day! Most impressive.
It was so nice to deal with a company who keeps appointments and shows up when they say they will.No hassles and no problems from start to finish !!
The day after installation we found a small defect spot in the carpet and when you were told about it – I had calls from you and Jose telling me it was no problem and you would do a “cookie-cutter” replacement at my convenience. That attitude and professionalism from a company is just outstanding and very hard to come by these days !!
So as you can tell I am most impressed with Ted’s Floor and we will definitely have you install our new tile next year.

I have had a lot of work done though the years in my home and frequently have had to do clean up after the workers were gone. Your guys came in, kept a clean work area and did their work professionally and quickly. After they finished, they moved my furniture back in to place cheerfully.
Plus, my floor looks great!

“Ted was great! Very patient! The carpet ordered was on back order for two weeks. He called about a week later to give me an update. I heard from him again stating the carpet was in and he could start whenever I wanted. I asked him to wait 2 week as my tile guys were scheduled to start about a week later. He just said to give him a few days notice. On the given start date, his crew arrived on time and finished early. He gave me a two day schedule due to the size of the house and the amount of furniture I have. The job started right after I left for work and he was complete by the time dinner was ready. Ted thanks for such great service!!”
